A PAWSOME day at Bark Street!
A Doggo Holi Party
On 28th March, Team Zoophilous went to Bark Street, which is a pet-friendly cafe in Sector 104, Noida. They had conducted a doggo Holi party, which was also a volunteering event. The in-house dogs, Doobie, Bunny, and AJ were joyful balls of fur and we definitely had a lot of fun with them! An insightful session on the mental well-being of dogs was also conducted by Tailed It, a pet supplies company.
Animal Feeding Drive

We conducted our very first animal feeding drive from 25th March 2021 to 31st March 2021, where people participated with great enthusiasm to feed the strays and bring a significant change into their lives.
Visit to Charity Birds Hospital
A day full of empathy and knowledge
We recently visited Charity Birds Hospital in Chandni Chowk, which provides medical services for all kinds of injured, wounded, and unwell birds (even pet birds) at zero cost. The birds are kept in till their conditions improve, and then they are released into the sky. We also interacted with Mr. Pankaj, a bird parent, who gave us a lot of insights into the different breeds of birds.

All about strays and their well-being
For this session, we collaborated with Ms. Aayushi Sharma, the founder of Aashiyana, and Mr. Hiten Muniyal, the founder of Manzil Foundation. It was an interactive and informative session and topics like the feeding, collaring, sterilization, and wellbeing of dogs were widely discussed. This was followed by some questions from the audience and closing notes by our guests.

Interacting with Mr. Dikshit
Mr. Dikshit is the founder of Tailed It! and an experienced dog trainer.
Mr. Dikshit was at Bark Street this week to talk about the importance of Mental Stimulation for our dogs. Mental stimulation can be provided to our pets by training them, playing with them, or by making them search for food by using their nose.
